California born and bred, Holly is an RN with emergency, recovery and operating room experiences.
She also taught health and science in grade school, high school and
medical training programs through adult education. She has written
about hospital intrigue in Deliberate Harm and about adult education in
Disappeared.
With a passion for cooking, she has included recipes in one of her books, incorporating good food, original recipes and some "how-to" tips into her protagonist's busy life.
Animal rescue and adoption is another interest and are high-lighted in her writings. She writes about domestic and wildlife themes.
Living in Penn Valley, she and her husband travel to warm climates to SCUBA and to discover unusual herbs and exotic tastes to include in her books. They have one son, Michael.
Currently, Holly is working on a historical fiction book on the Donner Party and a sequel to Deliberate Harm.
Holly Wilson-Bennett is an active member of Amicus Books Literary Lounge Program.
