Blog Description:
Dangerous, scary as hell and what fun!

I have thought I would love to blog, I mean it is writing, so here goes.

This past weekend we went to the Donner Days hike. Holy moly! You know that Pacific storm hit Friday? and Saturday, it was cold, rainy, very poor visability but 14 of us were there, at Sugar Bowel to attend one of the hikes. There were many more who went on varied hikes.

Everytime it rains and snows in Oct, I always wonder if we will have a Donner winter. For some reason I feel a very strong connection to the Donner/Reed party. This is all research for my next book.
